Complete the form below to enroll your library in the CSL Kits program. This form (and the CSL Kits program) is meant for library workers. Kits are transported to libraries and schools that subscribe to the CLiC courier system.
Our materials are loaned out exclusively to institutional staff members (libraries, prisons, schools, etc.). If you are a community member interested in the Book Club Resource or CSL Kits, please first contact your local library. They might already be set up with an account with us, and if not they will need to designate an account manager who will request materials and manage any and all loans.
